Original Ball Python

Normal Ball Pythons (Python regius), also called Classic or Wild-Type Ball Pythons, are known for their rich brown and black patterns with golden markings. Typically reaching 3–5 feet, they are generally calm, manageable snakes popular with beginners and experienced keepers. They require secure housing, proper heat and humidity, fresh water, hides, and appropriately sized prey. With proper care, they can live 20–30+ years.
